| On our holidays you will be greeted at the meeting point/place of holiday departure and you will be escorted to your destination. Upon arrival you will be greeted at your holiday destination and transferred to your accommodation. You will be escorted on the return journey to the UK. Our support staff will be happy to assist you with departure check-in procedures if required. Transportation to and from holidays may include Flights/Ferries/Trains/Coaches. On our UK-based holidays transportation may include a minibus. Our staff will assist you with basic personal care (i.e. hair washing, dressing), sorting laundry, managing personal spending money. We do not administer personal medication, but provide guidance and supervision. Once on holiday you will have the opportunity to select the activities and excursions in which you would like to participate. All our prices (unless otherwise stated) include meals based on a full board basis breakfast, lunch and dinner (a packed lunch for excursions), accommodation in twin rooms, activities and excursions. Single rooms available (single supplement applies), 24 hour support staff available at all times. |
